want to use moves that are easy to remember and use in stressful
conditions.
Basic self defense #3 - So what are some decent styles of martial arts?
I recommend full contact karate, judo, kung fu, ninjutsu, jeetkunedo
concepts including Philippine martial arts styles! You want to have a
full range of martial arts training under your belt to incorporate into
your reality based basic self defense training.
Basic self defense #4 - You should constantly be active and stay
healthy keeping your weight to a healthy level and keeping your body
healthy is essential to survive in a martial arts tournament or on the
streets in the heat of battle if you get attacked by two thugs.
Basic self defense #5 - Another more passive aspect of martial arts
styles is staying passive and avoiding trouble. Just because you have a
range of skills and techniques to destroy someone doesn't mean you
should be involved in silly battles based on ego.
Those five basic self defense rules can help make you a better martial
artist and give you the skills to beat down a bad guy if you need too!
